Isandra Yolanda Fernandez earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. After gaining experience in employment litigation and workplace regulatory matters, she obtained her California Bar admission in 2002, expanding her ability to advise clients operating across state lines.
In 2010, she established her own practice in the Kendall area of Miami to concentrate exclusively on labor and employment law.
